A young man excitedly tells his mother he's fallen in love and that he is going to get married. He says, Just for fun, "Ma, I'm going to bring over 3 women and you try and guess which one I'm going to marry." The mother agrees.
The next day, he brings three beautiful women into the house and sits them down on the couch and they chat for a while.
He then says: "Okay, Ma, guess which one I'm going to marry."
She immediately replies: "The one on the right."
''That's amazing, Ma. You're right. How did you know?"

Could You Sacrifice Mirrors For a Year?
Could you go without checking yourself out for a solid year? No mirrors, no store front windows, nothing that gives you the final word on your look before stepping out into the world. That's what Kjerstin Gruys has vowed to do. She is sacrificing mirrors so she can "step back" from vanity and "experience life from the inside-out, instead of the outside-in," as she puts it. Has it changed her life? Yep. She says it has changed the way she walks (always looking straight ahead) and changed the way she shops (she buys more shoes now).
She looks forward to next March when she can check herself out again, but vows to be less obsessive about it.

Smoking Causes HALF Of All Bladder Cancers
50 to 65% of men diagnosed with bladder cancer are smokers, and women may be just as vulnerable. Previous studies showed 20 to 30 percent of women with bladder cancer were smokers, but new research has upped that to 50%. Quit.
Who Gets More Out of College -- Men or Women?
Women seem to get more mileage out of a college degree than men. A new survey found 77% think it is necessary for a woman to go to college to get ahead in life. Only 68% said the same for men. Of course, women are starting to dominate college campuses. In 2010, 36% of women between 25-29 had a degree compared to only 29% of men. Half of women also say college was money well spent.

Today.com and Parenting.com surveyed more than 26,000 moms to find out how they honestly feel about their kids, themselves and life in general. Want to know what your mom was thinking while raising you? Here are a few highlights:
- 10% of moms wish their child was the opposite sex, and of those, 60% want boys!
- More than half of moms are sleep-deprived and would rather have a full nights sleep than make heart-pounding, passionate love.
- Hey Mr. Wonderful, listen up! A full QUARTER of moms would choose a different spouse if they could
- Better body or smarter kid? 44% of moms would rather lose 15 pounds than add 15 points their their child's IQ.
- Why are her kids so wonderful? 20% of moms have MEDICATED their children to endure a special occasion. 1 in 12 moms do it on a regular basis.
- Half of moms have sent their kids to school knowing they were sick.
- What do moms miss most about the old days? 23% miss time alone. But even with that, only 4% of moms say if they could do it all over again, they wouldn't have kids.
Oh, one more, and this is juicy -- 88% of moms JUDGE OTHER MOMS for their parenting techniques.
