His most notable film was the 1969 sex comedy Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, but he'll always be remembered for playing Kelly Robinson in "I Spy" from 1965 to 1968 along side Bill Cosby, the first prime-time series with a black actor in a lead role. David Rainey, otherwise known as "Puck" from MTV's The Real World: San Francisco, was badly injured in a car crash last week. TMZ reports Puck and his son were returning from a fishing trip when he swerved to avoid a deer. The car flipped on Route 79 leaving Puck trapped with a broken right hand, neck and both feet. His son suffered damage to his liver and several internal organs. Both are expected to be okay.

You didn't think there was just one, did you? There are more women stepping out claiming to have had an affair with Sandra Bullock's hubby. Star mag interviewed a stripper named Melissa Smith who says she and Jesse James hooked up in September of 2006, a year after he married Bullock.
Meanwhile, Us Weekly has unnamed sources that say James' infidelity has been an open secret among employees at his bike shop in Long Beach, CA.
In Touch mag interviewed Janine Lindermulder, Jesse's ex-wife, who says Jesse is a "chronic cheater." She feels sorry for Sandra because "she was so in love with Jesse that she was blind and gullible."
One more - TMZ.com reports that a former female executive with West Coast Choppers settled a sexual harassment lawsuit against James for more than $700-grand in 2007. She claimed Jesse made repeated sexual advances.
Justin Bieber's manager was arrested yesterday for ... NOT TWEETING. Scott "Scooter" Braun is charged with reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance from an incident this past November. Bieber had a mall appearance scheduled for Garden City, NY, but the crowd of teenage girls got too wild and police told Braun to announce via Twitter that the event was canceled. He did, but he waited an hour and a half. By then the riot got worse. Braun's lawyer says his client tweeted seven minutes after the police request.
Alyssa Milano is coming back to TV. She'll star in a comedy this april called "Romantically Challenged."
