"cynthia shackelford" - It is the ultimate revenge. A wife that was cheated on sues the mistress and wins. 49-year old Anne Lundquist of Aurora, NY, has been ordered to cough up 9-million-bucks to 60-year old Cynthia Shackelford for alienation of affection and other charges. North Carolina is one of only a handful of states where you can sue on these grounds. Shackelford claims Lundquist pursued her lawyer husband knowing he was a married man. Shackelfrod now works in retail since moving out of the house. Lundquist plans to appeal.

According to a new survey, of mothers who had their first child between ages 30 and 34, 35% wished they were younger. For women ages 35 to 39, 57% wished they were younger. So what is the ideal age to have a baby? Is it better to wait until you have an established career and a little wisdom in your back pocket? Or is better to be young and energetic?



For the ladies -- What kind of facial hair works on a guy? Lots? None? Somewhere in between?

You're getting more money -- how ya going to spend it?
The White House says the average tax refund is up 10% this year. The average refund for 2009 is $3,036, up $266 from a year ago. Most of this money comes from last year's economic recovery bill (translation: you).

So have fun with your money, unless, of course, you forget to file. This is from TurboTax - the worst cities in the U.S. when it comes to tax procrastination. Houston is #1, followed by Chicago and then New York.

RUMOR CONTROL: There is no truth to the rumor that Sandra Bullock is "lawyering up" to battle Jesse James in divorce court. A number of tabloid sites reported yesterday that Sandra is "considering divorce" after finding out husband fooled around behind her back. Bullock's rep tells USA Today that the rumors are "completely false."



Was it Pam Anderson or Kate Gosselin? Or maybe it was all those Buzz Aldrin fans that score huge ratings for "Dancing with the Stars" premiere episode the other night. Almost 24 million watched; their biggest ratings in two years.
