Ever bust your partner through Facebook?

A woman in Ohio is using the photos of her husband she found on Facebook to seek a divorce.  The unidentified Cleveland woman says "she's living a nightmare" after seeing proof that her husband is living a second life.

After receiving a tip from relatives, the woman logged onto the Facebook page of the woman her husband has not only been dating, but recently married.  How secret of a ceremony was it?  Not very.  Friends posted photos of the man marrying the other woman at Disney World dressed as Sleeping Beauty and Prince Charming.

Stealth.

"Someone who went to the wedding posted all the pictures from the wedding," she said. A family law expert says evidence of infidelity on Facebook is being used more and more in divorce trials.  He says it's usually the other party's Facebook page that lets the secret out.
