Matt Stachel of Feasterville, Penn, has launched NastyClient.com, a site for business owners to exchange information on annoying customers. Customers that constantly bargain for a lower price, ask for free work, or don't pay their bill. A business can find those nasty customers in the NastyClient data base before accepting the job.

'I want the consumer to say, 'You know what? I better pay my plumber because I don't want to end up on Nasty Client," Matt told a reporter.
