joke of the day
The teacher said; “Take a pencil and paper, and write an essay with the title ‘If I Were a Millionaire.’” Everyone but Joe, who leaned back with arms folded, began to write feverishly.
“What’s the matter,” the teacher asked. “Why don’t you begin?”
“I’m waiting for my secretary,” Joe replied.

Who makes more money, women with children, or women without children?
Believe it or not, women WITH children make more money in certain professions than single women without kids.
Moms that work in fields related to math and physical science, engineering and computer sciences, medicine, law, and business, bring home more bacon than childless women. The results even shocked the researchers.
The results makes sense if you think about it -- take into account single moms whose family depend on her money -- she's going to work hard. Also, moms don't have a lot of spare time at work. They have to grab their kids from school or daycare, so their workday is more productive.
What about you? Do you find you're more productive or less when it comes to your job? Was this what you expected after having kids?
