What's the ideal age to have a baby?

Worth a Mention

Is there such a thing as a "divorce gene?" A new study found some women have a genetic makeup that makes them more likely than others to end a marriage. The gene affects how women process oxytocin, or the "cuddle hormone," which promotes feelings of love and affection. Some women don't process the hormone correctly leading to bonding problems with partners, friends and children. Researchers came to this conclusion after studying the DNA of more than 18-hundred women and their partners. The women with a variation of the oxytocin receptor gene were 50% more likely to be involved in bad marriages.

What is the ideal age to have a baby? If you ask a parent that waited until their 40's to have a baby, they'll tell you they wish they were in their 30's. 80% of women and 70% of men in their 40's say the ideal age for parenting are the thirties. Why? Because mom's and dad's in their 40's are exhausted! Even though they felt more prepared to have kids, they feel there's a stigma attached to being older parents, and admit to a lack of energy.

Another kid was left behind at Chuck E Cheese! A mom in Texas took her daughter and her siblings to the restaurant last Thursday, but didn't notice her daughter was missing until Friday morning. The staff at the restaurant found the little girl all alone at 10:30pm, but couldn't contact the mother because the girl couldn't remember her name or contact details. She was taken into custody of CPS that night. Police are trying to decide whether to press charges.
You may remember that just last week a child was left alone at a Chuck E. Cheese's in Maryland, and wasn't claimed until her divorced parent's noticed she was missing on the news.  Each parent thought the other had taken her home.

If you want your kid to wait longer for sex, teach them how to do it! That's what a new study found after discovering that teens who learn about sex in school wait longer before doing the deed. 77% of women and 78% of men who had any type of sex education admitted to having sex before they turned 20. That number jumped to 86% and 88% for young adults with no sexual instruction.

If you take your phone in for service, make sure to erase your nudie photos. Employees at a store in Iowa routinely check phones for naked pictures and then show them to colleagues. At least that's what a former worker says in a sexual harassment lawsuit. Lisa Blazek, who worked at the store for three years, alleges that employees checked cell phones brought in for service by customers for "naked or sexually explicit photos," and if they were found, "they would show them throughout the store."

5 Secrets Rental Car Compannies Won't Tell You

1. Best day to rent a car: Saturday. It's the one day everyone wants a car, and the day when many people just don't show up. Get the lowest grade car and the lowest rate, and you'll have a good chance for an upgrade at a better deal

2. May not need insurance being sold at counter. Rental car companies make more money from the insurance than they make from actually renting the car, but chances are your own car insurance already covers you. Check your policy.

3. May have to pay extra fee for extra drivers. List every additional driver or they're not covered under the insurance.

4. For the best deal, book directly with rental location. Take a cab into town and rent locally for the best deal. You're paying premium at the airport.

5. Take photos of the car before it leaves the lot. Bring a digital camera with a time and date code on it and walk around the car snapping photos at every angle. Three minutes could save you a lot of headache later on.
