We took the boys to Bryson City, NC, for the Polar Express train ride (more here). The kids get in their PJ's and then take a 1 hr ride to the North Pole. Santa boards and hands out gifts. Pretty fun. Best part, though, is staying at a nice bed and breakfast in the mountains (stayed here.) Now that's Christmas!
