Interesting question -- think about it for a second. If you could go back in time and change one thing, what would it be? What opportunity would you take? What would have said "yes" to? How about "no"? What about that trip with your friends, or that job across the country? Wish you would've done something different?
A professor asked 370 adults, aged 20 to 80, about their biggest regret, and the most frequently mentioned regret had to do with... ROMANCE!
In fact, 44% of women listed romance as a regret. Men, on the other hand, only 19% of men mentioned romance.
The most popular romantic regret: "The one that got away."
Other regrets:
- Wish they had been kinder to a loved one
- Not going to college
- Not divorcing SOONER
- Choosing money over a life's passions

The good news: The risk is very small.
You may breathe again. Researchers looked at 14 studies and found "episodic" physical activity and sex increases your risk of heart attack by about 3%. The best news -- the more you exercise, the lower the risk of sudden heart attack. Source
