What folks are Googlin' this morning
"here you have"
If you have an email with the subject line "Here You have," don't open it. Click delete and don't look back. The email contains a virus and so far it's being directed at corporate email. Yesterday it was spotted at ABC/Disney, Google, Coca Cola and NASA. Comcast had to shut down its email servers after being hit. source
"rudy"
Remember the movie "Rudy" based off Rudy Ruettiger's experience as a Notre Dame football player? Well here's something you may not have known - Joe Montana was on that same 1975 team, and 'ol Joe says the movie isn't entirely true. On Dan Patrick's radio show yesterday, Montana said that the "crowd wasn't chanting . . . nobody threw in their jerseys..." He also said the moving final scene where Rudy's teammates carried him on their shoulders wasn't about joy, but about something else: "I won't say as a joke. But, playing around." Some are wondering why rich and famous Joe Montana is taking shots at Rudy so many years later. source
"tom brady accident"
Tom Brady, quarterback for the New England Patriots, was involved in a car wreck yesterday morning that left him shaken, but otherwise ok. A passenger riding in the other car was sent to the hospital with serious injuries, and the driver of the car that hit Brady's was ticketed for running a red light. Brady did show up for practice shortly after the accident. source

Is this even possible? Has this ever happened to you?
A Nashville man is suing both Starbucks and Whole Foods after bottles of Tazo green tea exploded twice in his possession. One bottle blew up in his hand damaging tendons that required two surgeries, and another exploded while in his shopping cart.
"The complaint says concerned Whole Foods employees gathered around and investigated the incident, with one commenting, "That's really strange."
No word on how much he demands out of the lawsuit.
Is he sure it's the tea causing the explosion? Or could it be a really, really bad sniper missing his target.... hmmmm....
sourceShould movie theaters list the time the movies actually start?
A woman in China is suing a theater and the producers of the movie "Aftershock" for wasting her time. She's not mad at the actual movie, but how many commercials were shown BEFORE the movie even began! She wants an apology, a refund and a rule that movie theaters are limited to five minutes or less for commercials. How many previews and commercials will you tolerate?
CELEBRITY TWEETS
- Sad: LFO lead singer Rich Cronin died after a battle with leukemia. He was only 35. more
- Celebrity mom's are getting in trouble on Twitter: What Chris Brown's mom wrote: "MICHAEL JACKSON DIED SO THAT CHRIS BROWN COULD LIVE!!!" Oops. What I meant to say is that Chris has always been inspired by Michael Jackson's music and his career." http://twitter.com/mombreezy
- "She blends in with everyone. She seems like a normal person," said a fellow freshman about Madonna's daughter, Lourdes, 13, who is now in high school at the prestigious LaGuardia High School of Music and Arts. more
- If you were excited to watch Susan Boyle perform the other night on America's Got Talent, here's why she didn't. Boyle flew to Los Angeles and was ready to sing Lou Reed's "Perfect Day," but at the last minute producers were not able to get permission from Reed to perform the song. There was no time to prepare a new number so Boyle, in tears, boarded a flight back to England. more
- Britney Spears is responding to a lawsuit alleging she sexually harassed a former bodyguard. Fernando Flores alleges that Britney repeatedly exposed herself to him. Spears responded on her website by saying it's just "another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself." source
- Rumor control: There is no truth to the rumor that Kat Von D is pregnant with Jesse James' child. Her rep says the two have "only been dating for a few weeks. She is not pregnant." source

watchDID YOU KNOW
"More than half of Americans do not take all their vacation days, even though they think they need a holiday more this year than last."
WHO SAID IT?
"Doctors offices don't make me feel at ease. Because all i want to do is clean, decorate & organize everything in here!!"
-Jordin Sparks via Twitter
JOKE OF THE DAY
A young boy enters a barber shop and the barber whispers to his customer, "This is the dumbest kid in the world. Watch while I prove it to you."
The barber puts a dollar bill in one hand and two quarters in the other, then calls the boy over and asks, "Which do you want, son?"
The boy takes the quarters and leaves.
"What did I tell you?" said the barber. "That kid never learns!"
Later, when the customer leaves, he sees the same young boy coming out of the ice cream store. "Hey, son! May I ask you a question? Why did you take the quarters instead of the dollar bill?"
The boy licked his cone and replied, "Because the day I take the dollar, the game's over!"

DOGGIE BAG
- Headline of the day
- A 27-year old man in Scottsdale, AZ who robbed a bank was arrested a short time later leaving a sea food restaurant. How did police know he was there? The taxi driver told them. You see, after robbing the bank, Robert Solfisburg apparently walked over to the Jiffy Lube and called a cab to get away. He wasn't hard to spot, he was wearing a lobster bib covered with red dye. http://bit.ly/cC7jY9
- A UK company is producing environmentally friendly coffins made out of wool. Thick felt is spread over a recycled cardboard frame. I refuse to die until I can get a coffin made out of corduroy... http://bit.ly/a8TkLI
- "It's not fun. I wouldn't recommend it...You wasted an evening, and it just ticks you off." That's a guy named Harlan who spent an evening figuring out how much of his income goes to taxes. It comes out to about a quarter of his income. There are two things I don't want to know -- how hot dogs are made, and how much I REALLY pay in taxes. http://n.pr/cLLDj1
