Four months after the death of LPGA star Erica Blasberg, authorities determined that it was indeed suicide. She died in her Henderson, NV home on May 11th. The Clark Co. Coroner's office determined she died from asphyxiation. They also found toxic levels of prescription medication including pain and anti-anxiety medication.

Everyone's talking about new software being used in Baltimore, Philly and now Washington, D.C. that will predict which individuals on probation or parole will commit a murder or other crimes. The software was developed by a professor at the University of Pennsylvania and if proved successful, could influence sentencing recommendations and bail amounts. Is the pre-crime unit featured in "Minority Report" coming to life?

Who will admit to being the worst driver on the road right now?
Odd story out of Indiana where lawmakers are puzzled by a recent study that found teenagers who take driver's ed classes are more likely to crash than those who do not take the classes!
Current drivers under 18 who took drivers ed had nearly four times the crashes than those without the training.
An overhaul in the course may be needed, they say. After all, it's the same course that's been taught the last 30 years.
