Ever find hidden treasure at a garage sale?

Vaneisha Robinson was yard sale shopping four years ago and something sparkly caught her eye -- a diamond studded pendant in the shape of LeBron James'  number 23 jersey.  She thought it was costume jewelry so the bought it for $5.  After wearing it a few years, she got curious to know how much it was really worth, so she brought it to a local jewelry store.  That's when she found out the diamonds all over the jersey --- were real.  What she paid $5 for is actually worth $10-grand.  Want it?  It's up for sale on eBay.

What have you passed while going to and from work every day for years, and never noticed?

Did ya do it?  Of course you saw the gorilla, right?  Of all the people that watched this video in a study, about HALF MISSED THE GORILLA!   The test is a decade old, but proves that "when one develops 'inattentional blindness,' as this effect is called, it becomes easy to miss details when one is not looking out for them."

GADGET OF THE DAY

You tell me, because I can't quite figure out if I'd look cool, or like a complete dork, peddling this thing down the road.  The ElliptiGO combines running with biking.  The guys in this video make it look fun, but then again they're REALLY in shape.  $2,200.  Decide for yourself.

GOTTA SEE THIS

The well in this video is an obviously black hole that links the past with the present, and dropping the rocks triggers the sounds of an old west gun fight.  That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.

JOKE OF THE DAY

A man saw an ultra-cheap cruise advertised by a local travel agent.  $50 for a cruise!  So he went to the agent, handed over $50.  The travel agent then hit him over the head with a baseball bat and threw him in the river.  A few minutes later, the same thing happened to a second man.  As they floated down the river together, the first man said:  "Do you think they'll serve any food on this cruise?"

"I doubt it," said the second.  "They didn't last year."
