joke of the day
One day a little girl came home from school, and said to her mother, "Mommy, today in school I was punished for something that I didn't do."
The mother exclaimed, "But that's terrible! I'm going to have a talk with your teacher about this ... by the way, what was it that you didn't do?"
The little girl replied, "My homework."
GO Home!
You'd think with the ability to work from home that more workers with stay home when they get sick...but noooo. In fact, Staples found in their latest survey, that a full 80% of us still come to work when we're sick, a 20% increase from a year ago. Why? Job insecurity. We're more concerned about hanging on to our job than getting our co-workers sick.
Nag!
What seems to be the most common problem in our relationships? Something we can all relate to?
Nagging!
More than half of us consider nagging a problem, according to a new survey by YourTango.com.
So why are we nagging each other so much? The #1 reason men nag is because it's a habit! The #1 reason for women is simple -- he won't respond unless you ask multiple times
Facebook/Phones: You hate to nag -- but he simply won't do what unless you ask him 100 times ----- what?
Gotta See This
If you watched Diane Sawyer's election night coverage on ABC, you saw a woman struggling to get through the broadcast. Slurred speech and lost thoughts dominated the night -- quite sad, really. So we found a video that may explain what is happening. Here's Diane Sawyer from a few years back sipping wine and popping pills ON CAMERA behind the news desk. (by the way...at 1:43, is she talking about herself?)
