I guess it's no surprise that we spend $8-billion, that's BILLION, on Halloween junk. After all, it goes on sale in July now. $8-billion...on costumes, fog machines, pumpkins, haunted houses... oh, and candy -- the average consumer will fork over $80 on candy alone!
