The New Teen Sex --- PASSWORD SHARING!

It is a parent's worst nightmare to walk in on their teenage daughter and her boyfriend...swapping passwords! Teenage relationships are apparently finding new ways to connect. The New York Times breaks it down this way:

"It has become fashionable for young people to express their affection for each other by sharing their passwords to e-mail, Facebook and other accounts. Boyfriends and girlfriends sometimes even create identical passwords, and let each other read their private e-mails and texts."

Nothing says "I love you more" than giving him all your spam. Of course, there is a danger to this expression of love. What was once a wonderful idea can turn sour quickly:

"The stories of fallout include a spurned boyfriend in junior high who tries to humiliate his ex-girlfriend by spreading her e-mail secrets; tensions between significant others over scouring each other's private messages for clues of disloyalty or infidelity; or grabbing a cellphone from a former best friend, unlocking it with a password and sending threatening texts to someone else."

Fun.

PJ Ban!

Do you drive your kids to school still wearing your pajamas? Do you head out shopping sporting your bright red flannel pajama bottoms?

Well a Caddo Parish commissioner in Louisiana is coming after you! Michael Williams is trying to convince his local Louisiana commission to ban wearing pajamas outside of the home. Michael believes the time is now: "If not now, when? Because its pajama pants today, next it will be underwear tomorrow." Watch the news report (grab audio!)

The 10 Most HATED Companies in America

This begs the question: Why do we reward people we (supposedly) hate? If you hate big bankers, stop banking there, right? If you hate Facebook, head to Google +. Which companies do you despise most? Here's a list of the 10 most hated:

1. Facebook

Personal privacy has always been the issue with Facebook (yet we all still have a page -- or at least 800 million of us).

2. American Airlines

Recently picked as the worst airline for customer service.

3. AT&T

They received the lowest satisfaction rating for cell-phone standard service providers from Consumers Reports.

4. Nokia

Nokia will lose its lead as the top handset company in the world to Samsung sometime this year. Could it have anything to do with receiving the lowest ACSI score for wireless telephones? Maaaybe.

5. Goldman Sachs

Goldman is the poster boy for the Occupy Wall Street protests.

6. Best Buy

Best Buy ran out of certain items that people had ordered for Christmas, but didn't share that info until two days before the holiday. Forbes magazine thinks the company will slowly go out of business.

7. Bank of America

BOA has never been good at customer service, according to surveys. 41.5% of customers rate its service as poor. That's the highest percentage of respondents giving a "poor" rating to any company.

8. Johnson & Johnson

Things would be much better if their products would just stop being recalled.

9. Sears

Sears and their little brother K-Mart had a horrible holiday prompting them to shut down 120 stores.

10. Netflix

The company that had one of the HIGHEST customer satisfaction ratings a year ago, plunged after raising their rates by 60% last August.

Become a happy couple in 12 steps OR LESS!

We had a survey this week that found couples are happiest when they argue once a week. The same survey also found 12% argue every-dang-day. That ain't good... so what to do? Give this list a try. It's a 12-step relationship tune-up from YourTango:

1. Say "please" and "thank you." This shows your partner you appreciate them and keeps you from taking each other for granted.

2. Grab your partner's butt every day (or at least every other day).

3. Kiss every morning!

4. Say "good morning" every morning.

5. Cuddle.

6. Spend at least one night a week with your significant other and family/friends, i.e. don't hole up all by yourselves.

7. Use baby talk/pet names very sparingly. If you overuse these, you could damage your relationship since you won't be able to relate to each other seriously.

8. DO THE DISHES. Set up some type of system for who does them when.

9. Practice listening.

10. Practice honesty, even when it's uncomfortable.

11. If you and your partner are indecisive about where to eat or what movie to watch, play the "5-3-1" game. One person names five choices, the other vetoes two of them, and then the first person eliminates the remaining two. Ta-da, no more "Where you do want to eat?" "I don't care, what do you want to do?" (From 8 Relationship Tricks Happy Couples Use)

12. If you live together, make sure you each still have your own private space where you can retreat to work, think, or partake in bizarre grooming rituals that the other person wouldn't want to see.
