Believe it or not, a SWIMSUIT is being donated to the Smithsonian. Something from Michael Phelps, perhaps? WRONG! Head here to find out (insert blog address)Blog It!

The Smithsonian museum in Washington D.C. will soon display the most famous red swimsuit of all time -- the one worn by Farrah Fawcett on that 1976 poster. Ya know, the poster that sold over 12 MILLION COPIES!
Bruce McBroom shot the photo on a whim. Farrah posed in her own suit in front of an old, dusty blanket McBroom grabbed out of the back of his truck. She was 29 at the time, and preferred a one-piece to a bikini in order to cover up a childhood scar.
The museum will display the suit along with scripts from the first season of "Charlie's Angels."

You may not think you're cheating, but you are... here are 5 ways you're flushing your diet away (insert your blog address)Blog It!
5 Simple Mistakes That Ruin Diets90% of us say we eat a healthy diet. Riiiight. Of that 90%, only 15% count calories, and only 58% eat the recommended five or more servings of fruits and veggies a day. We lie to ourselves all the time about food. Especially when we're on diets. From The Stir, here are five ways we're tricking ourselves:
1. We tweak the numbers to suit our goal "Even if a 3 ounce portion of chicken or 2 ounces of pasta is one serving, we figure just a little bit more won't hurt."
2. We cut carbs, but make up for it by eating more ... bacon! "Giving something up does not make us any healthier. It just makes us feel deprived. Plus, we'll often convince ourselves that we "deserve" a new evil when we've given up the original bad guy."
3. We drink "diet" sodas, eat "diet" pudding, "low-fat" granola bars, etc. "None of these are real food."
4. We pick "easy-to-go," "natural" snacks over an apple. "I know—fruit is just such a pain, right? Instead, we'll just get some pre-packaged dried fruit snacks or applesauces or something. It's gotta be the same, cuz it says "all natural," right?... WRONG. Just. No. Stop. Please."
5. Figuring we know it all, we remain blissfully ignorant. "Watching a whole season of The Biggest Loser doesn't make any of us a certified nutritionist or personal trainer. The good news is you can always tap the knowledge of someone who is one of those things ... via books, the all-mighty Internet, Twitter, whatever."

Jen's friend, Amy, was complaining about all of the stress in her life right nowSo Jen offered up some advice -- "When I feel stress, I always turn off the lights and have a wild night with my husband. It works every time. You should try it."
The next day, they meet up and Amy is all smiles.
"How did it go? asks Jen.
"Wonderfully!" beams Amy. "Your husband couldn't believe it was your idea!"
