Today is Wright Brothers Day celebrating the first flight of their magic flyin' machine on this day in 1903 in Kitty Hawk, NC. Of course, just minutes before Wilbur boarded the Wright Flyer, he got felt up by the TSA. Today is also National Regifting Day, and Underdog Day which recognizes our unsung heroes.
Saturday is Let's See What We Find in the Fridge Day, National Wear a Plunger On Your Head Day, Bake Cookies Day, and the kick off to Scrooge Week.
Sunday we celebrate Oatmeal Muffins, building Snowmen and Chocolate Pizza.

You're getting pushed back and forth between customer reps, and still, no solved problem. What do you do? Yell? Not a good strategy. Here are 6 ways to getter done from Mint.com:
Calling with a complaint
The phone is always the worst way to solve a problem because there is no record you can access. Instead, use an email that can be easily be forwarded to someone who has power.
Taking it personally
Don't take whatever a company says by phone or email personally. Take a few deep breaths before responding
Telling your life story
Don't. Customer service reps have only minutes to review your case and decide what to do. Keep your gripe to less than 500 words.
Asking for too much
Don't expect a first class ticket if the airline loses your luggage.
Not asking for anything at all
Let the company know how they can fix the problem
Acting like a jerk
Be nice. Customer service reps will tell you that politeness pays.

Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates.
“In honor of this holy season you must each present something that symbolizes Christmas to get into Heaven,” Saint Peter said.
The man from New York fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. “It represents a candle,” he said.
“You may pass through the pearly gates,” Saint Peter said.
The man from California reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys. He shook them and said: “They represent bells.”
“You may pass through the Pearly Gates,” Saint Peter said.
The man from Kentucky started searching desperately through his pockets and finally pulled out a pair of women's undergarments.
Saint Peter looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and asked: “And just what do those symbolize?”
The man replied: “These are Carol’s.”
