Us Weekly is dropping a bombshell claiming  Miley Cyrus' mom had an affair with Bret Michaels,  which is why Billy Ray filed for divorce on October 27th.  Us Weekly has a "source" that says Bret became close to the "entire family," especially mama Tish, last February when he and Miley released a duet called "Nothing to Lose."  

"Billy Ray was completely unaware of what was going on," the source says.  Reps for Michaels and Cyrus have denied a fling, but Us Weekly is sticking to their source.   Stay tuned!

Stinkin' up an office near you -- Taylor Swift!  She's the latest celeb releasing her own brand of perfume.  "I have always loved how frangrance can shape a memory," she said.  

Told ya.  Randy and Evi Quaid skipped their court appearance today in Santa Barbara, CA.  Their bail amount of $500-thousand was forfeited.  A new bench warrant was issued.  

Mariah Carey was talking babies with Ellen DeGeneres on her show yesterday.  Carey says she doesn't know the sex of the baby, but it doesn't matter because she's not doing the stereotypical pink or blue anyway.  "Do you think I'm really going to go that hard with it? That's how you get the exact opposite," she said.  

Charlie Sheen returned to the set of "Two and a Half Men" yesterday, one day after filing for divorce from Brooke Mueller.  Back to work!
