Are you smarter than a fifth grader? For that matter, is a high school student as smart as a fifth grader? Looks like 'no' may be the answer. According to a survey released Friday, only one in four Oklahoma high school students could name the first president of the United States (Hint: NOT Miley Cyrus). The students were asked 10 questions taken from a U.S. citizenship test. Passing rate: 2.8%. Before you make fun, why not take a shot at the exam yourself! Click here...and good luck. 
What do "Ruby," "Jack" and "Charlie" have in common? All three names appear on the top 10 list for baby names AND the top ten list for pet names in 2009. Petplan, a British company, discovered that fewer pets are named something cute and instead given a human name. Here aer the top 10 pet names for 2009:1. Charlie (top cat name)
